The Sewing Tin and Fancy Scraps will be collaborating on an immersive, low-waste dining experience featuring Rohit Gawali and Lili Rochelle.

Explore the creative ways of making the most of each ingredient with our six-course tasting menu which highlights Chef Akhil Upad’s and Chef Aditya Mishra’s identity, bringing the flavors and feelings of nostalgia to modern gastronomy.

The cocktail pairings for the dinner are curated by mixologist Rohit Gawali. A master of his craft, Rohit takes inspiration from his Indian heritage and classical training and brings a vibrant pairing that is rooted in seasonality and sustainability.

Lili Rochelle, an artist based in Brooklyn, will have her first solo art exhibition followed by a live painting session. Born and raised in Alaska, Lili was instilled with a deep appreciation for Mother Nature, and is constantly inspired by the connection between her and the women of this world. You’ll often find her painting on repurposed palettes as a way to take the beauty that Mother Nature offers and instill it into her own masterpieces. Through her work, Lili incorporates the wood grain to help capture the movement and flow that is felt all around us, finding the beauty in ourselves through the reflection of the world around us.

The event will have an open gallery from 5pm-6pm followed by a 6 course tasting and a 5 course cocktail pairing starting at 6:30pm.
